SSVP Training for Office 365 and Teams

Before you get started with Teams and video conferencing, you have to make sure that you have all the accessories you need: a microphone, speaker, and a webcam or else you will only be able to send and receive messages and cannot take full advantage of Teams features.  Most cellphones, tablets and laptops have built-in microphones, speakers, and webcams but desktop computers usually don’t have any of these accessories. *Please note that members must use a supported browser to use Teams effectively.

These videos were created to help SSVP members access their Office 365 accounts and the Teams application.  The Teams application is the program we will be using for videoconferencing and calls between members of the Society.
