Before you get started with Teams and video conferencing, you have to make sure that you have all the accessories you need: a microphone, speaker, and a webcam or else you will only be able to send and receive messages and cannot take full advantage of Teams features. Most cellphones, tablets and laptops have built-in microphones, speakers, and webcams but desktop computers usually don’t have any of these accessories.
