Ms. Harbec has held the position of Director of Assistance to Beneficiaries for twenty years. She supervises seven teams that carry out visits to approximately 300 beneficiaries affiliated with the Saint-Luc Conference.
She is also responsible for the overall coordination of the Opération Bonne Mine (school perseverance program), which serves all educational institutions in the area, including high schools. In this role, she liaises with various local partners who support the program. Her ongoing commitment aims to improve conditions for the start of the school year, notably through managing supply lists for each grade level and organizing fundraising campaigns.
